How to delete endpoint

I have created a duplicate endpoints by mistake, is there any way I can delete It?

You can't delete any endpoints from saviynt.

What if we delete the security system itself?

You can delete security system it will delete endpoint also 

[Saviynt_learner]

I'm unable to delete security system, showing some errors like, It's being used in other modules. But its not. Any idea how can I delete that.
