how can we setup email notification when pending queue is too large

Hello,

Is it possible to send out email to support team when the pending queue is too large?

You can create analytics report to send email when no. of pending requests are large

In case of tasks, you can set email notification with OOTB configuration in global config - Tasks 

Task Count Limit Email Template
