Generate Latest Username for Users

Hello Team,

We are working on below case, where we need some assistance.

Background :

1. We are entitled to onboard 2 different type of users via register User Form in Saviynt.

2. Once the user are onboarded the request must go for Manager + User Group Approval.

3. The generated username must be unique and with latest ID.

i.e. say, as on today for Vendor  the latest ID created is 9000 (Till date it was managed externally not via Saviynt. Hence, the application team has already created till 8999 ID) and for Partner the latest ID is 7000.

4. We were intially thinking to use Register user rule in conjuction with FN_EIC_SEQGEN but later we identified we are facing issues when triggering the Worklfow. It only works well when the approval flow is AutoApproved.

Assistance Required :

Can you please let us know how can we generate uniqiue username for these different type of users also with approval flow. Also the username must be genrated post all approvals only.

Any sample provided will be great.

But unable to determine, how the system would check if the selected employee Type is Vendor   or Partner.

Also It does not mention which series to start with.

It would be great if you can help?
