User import job is running as per the schedule and in the UI its showing successfully.
But when we go inside the job logs we see no records processed on the files. This is happen on intermittent, we could process the same file manually.
Please suggest if we have fix for this, also advice if we can create query to capture the job logs.

Yes, we are receiving file in the Datafiles folder and after the job complete it get moved to Success folder as well. But data in the file is not processed/updated

Did you specfied schemauser as FILENAME in sav file (prefix)

schemauser is specified as Filename in the SAV file. We receive same naming format files every 2 hours, we see this issue intermittently.

You need the check the timing of the file recieved and schedule the job accordingly.

We had similar issue and later identified was due to file availbility at the location.
Make sure to validate the job frequency please.

When we are not receiving the files we do get error "Error Data File Not found for any Schema File for
SchemaUserJob".
Even in the attached screenshot job details you can see we received file and its moved to Success as well.
