Analytics report review allowed options

Hi,

We have a log review analytics report created for SAP applications where everyday log/audit reviewers reviews the user access and takes necessary action. As part of the client's requirement, log reviewers should be able to have the below mentioned capabilities. Could you please let us know how to achieve this? 

Required Capabilities:

1. In log review report, Comments field should always be available to allow the reviewers to enter the multiple comments.

2. In the log review report, once the user takes action as Revoked it is getting greyed out. We need to check if it is feasible to change it to Accept from Revoke status again in the future.

1. In log review report, Comments field should always be available to allow the reviewers to enter the multiple comments.

comments will be displayed once record has been accept / further Review / reject. For selected time frame.

2. In the log review report, once the user takes action as Revoked it is getting greyed out. We need to check if it is feasible to change it to Accept from Revoke status again in the future. 
you can select record for particular time frame after that automatically record will be again seen as editable and you can revoke or take other action. 
When you select Accept / Reject / Further Review - you need to select timeframe .

comments can be made mandatory from global configuration - analytics section
