Extend API rate limit of Saviynt

Hi Team,

We have an application called Humanica, it is the source for Saviynt to push the user information from Humanica to Saviynt. On October 1st they tried to push some updates for the users from Humanica to Saviynt using Saviynt API. Till September 29th there was no issue but from September 30.
Before September 30, Saviynt is allowed to accept 3000 API Calls/hour. But now Saviynt is just allowing 300 API calls/hour.

Could you please suggest to us how can we check the API rate limit and could we able to update it?

• Can call multiple API Create and Update requests in parallel? Parallel calls are supported.
• How many concurrent API calls? Parallel calls until 5000/ip/5min limit is not breached.
