entitlements not showing up in service now request page

Hi,

We have servicenow to raise the request that automatically creates a request in saviynt. we recently upgraded to 23.8 in saviynt and I see the entitlements for a endpoint is not showing up in service now request page, though they appear as active under the entitlements catalog item. we changed the endpoint url in service now, do we need to change the bearer token as well? if yes, how do we get that token?
