Entitlements Expiry and Expired email notification

Hi Saviynt Team,

We're trying to configure an 'Access Expiry Reminder' email to the user 7 days prior to the entitlement is expired.

Admin > Global Configurations > Request > Expiry: Days to notify before entitlement expires = 7

However, where do we configure which email template to trigger?

Also where can we configure an 'Access Expired notification' once the entitlement got removed on the due date.

This is under the:

Identity Repository > Security System > Endpoints > Endpoint Details > Add Email Templates

Note: Have already created a (EnterpriseRoleManagementJob).

Please review and advise/help.

Hi @Jacky ,

Greetings.

It will be driven by analytics, where we have an OOTB analytics called 'Entitlement Expiry Notification' with email template configured.

The query from the analytics control refers to the value which is provided in the global config and triggers emails accordingly. Kindly take a look at the analytics.
