Entitlement Type : Request option

Hello,

I need to have a form with the selection of a single entitlement (as signle dropdown) but to store all the entitlements on the counter (as table).

Is it possible to have this behavior? I've tried selecting the “Show but not request multi” request option, but this selection has no effect on the form.

Ok, but what is this "Show but not request multi" option? What is its use? By selecting it there is no display on the form in the html experience, and a field appears in the classic experience but it always remains empty, the entitlements do not succeed

• Show but not request multi does not work and will be deprecated in future 
• Only Table /drop down works well
