Entitlement Display Name

Hi Team,

We want to check on the entitlement display name, is there a way to display Entitlement Display Name instead of Entitlement Value for the campaign

This is currently not possible to change the Entitlement Display Name.

Hi @Isyraf ,

Since you are on 5.5 SP3.x, launching an EO campaign and have the above mentioned config set, then entitlement display name should show up.

Please raise a Freshdesk ticket to take this forward.
