Enterprise Roles not triggering by technical rules

Hi, 

We are implementing RBAC model and trying to trigger the Active Directory account and an Enterprise Role that contains various groups of AD.

These are our configs:

Note: The New Account task is getting triggered but not the role:

The role contains 61 entitlements.

What can be causing the exact issue?

Does role contains entitlements ?

There was a spelling mistake in the role and title. It is resolved now
