Enterprise Role - Remove entitlement without task

1.

When removing entitlements from Roles, is there a way we can remove them without creating "remove access" tasks from users who has that rolekey in assignfromrole column?

2. 

If user has Role A and Ent A but null in assignedfromRoles, if we remove roles from users, whats expected behavior? No remove task?

#1  -> Without task entitlement can't be removed.

#2 -> How task is created is mattered , in ars and single select task will not be created. if actionable report it will create and complete task
