Orphan account not not showing in Service Account Campaign

Hi,

I am trying to create a service account certification to query out all the orphan accounts with account type = "Service Account".

Below is the service account iam trying to certify via certification.

Below is the cerfication query iam trying to use:

But every time iam launching this campaign it is getting automatically completed and not querying out the account.

Kindly provide your inputs.

Hi Deepanshu,

Change the rank of the account owner from Rank 1 to 'Primary Certifier' and then relaunch the campaign.
