Enable an inactive/manually suspended status account through ARS

Hi All,

 

when an account status is either manually suspended or inactive we are trying to request a new account for the same user again we are getting the account name as blank because in the user's profile the account is still there with the status as inactive. 

is there any way to raise a new account request for the same user with the same account name through ARS?

what value have you selected in  "Check Unique Account" in account name rule setting in Endpoint.

try selecting just Active and see

  • If account name is already used then you will not be used that name again.
  • Make sure account is marked as SFIS to reuse
