EMERGENCY ACCESS ROLE - NOT VISIBLE IN ARS

Hi, 

we are trying to configure the emergency access role and we did the following:

-the application for what we are creating it is SAP S4-hana which is already integrated in Saviynt;

-in the security system we selected Auto Approve Workflow for Emergency Role (just for the testing);

- we define a business process and attached to that a role specifically created with 'Emergency Access' type;

So with this configuration we tried to request E.A. Role from ARS but it's not there anything, as shown down.

Can you please help us understand why the EA role is not visible? Is there any other configuration to be done?

We already follow all the Steps from documentation ( https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/bundle/EIC-Admin-v23x/page/Content/Chapter13-Access-Requests/ars-set-u... )

@GiuseppeDM for emergency access roles set the workflow in global configurations

Ensure that Requestable configuration is set to True under Role Details tab
