Hi,
our customer upgraded to Saviynt version 23.5 in May 2023. Since then an ArchivalJob has started to archive records from userlogin_access table when the records are more than 90 days old. This is working mostly fine, but it doesn't archive everything - there are some records in userlogin_access which are more than 90 days old and cannot be found from archive files.
Looking at Job Log Detail of ArchivalJob we can see that there's a slight difference between number of archived records and number of purged records, for example:
Number of records archived for userlogins access | 302370 |
Number of records purged for userlogins access | 301690 |
I haven't been able to figure out any difference between rows that are archived and rows that are not archived.
Do you know if this is expected behavior and if there is something about some userlogin_access rows that makes Saviynt not archive some rows. And is it possible to run an ArchivalJob that attempts to archive all rows again?
best regards,
Sampo

Archival move the data from a respective temp table to the zip files.
Purging moves data from the main table (userlogin_access) to the temp table.
