Emails are not triggering

Usecase: Trigger emails when remove account task is completed for specific endpoint.

Current setup: We have added  a email template endpoint level, and hardcoded email IDs. Still if tasks completed emails are not triggering. Is there any other things we need to setup except this?.

if we use same template for other purpose its triggering email(of course there is no dynamic value set in template , so this template is not the issue here.)

What might be the fix for this??

@Saviynt_learner , Since you mentioned same email template is working for other purpose then SMTP configuration is correct. Can you provide the screenshot of email template here.

Hi @Saviynt_learner ,

Is this happening for connected application or disconnected application? How the remove account task is triggered via rules or workflow?

Thanks,
Smitha
