Email Uniqueness check during import/Generation

Hi team,

I need to check if the email is already present or not(uniqueness).

email generation rule example -

1. If it is unique then create ("first letter of firstname""3 initial letter of last name"@xyz)

2. If email is not found unique then create ("first 2 letter of firstname""2 initial letter of last name"@xyz)
