Hi @rushikeshvartak,

Is there a way we can update the owner using CSV file or we have to 'DELETE' the owners first then upload the new file with an operation 'ADD'.

Also, is it mandatory to have one of the owner for the service account listed with Rank as 'Primary Certifier' for the service account campaign?

Thank you for your help

Is there a way we can update the owner using CSV file or we have to 'DELETE' the owners first then upload the new file with an operation 'ADD'. - You can add/Remove owners using same csv

Also, is it mandatory to have one of the owner for the service account listed with Rank as 'Primary Certifier' for the service account campaign? - Yes certification works on primary certifier hence its mandatory

Hi @rushikeshvartak

similarly can we update the owner user of the service account using the csv what changes we have to make for this

Do you mean account to user correlation?

user will be always blank for service account.

if you want to upload user field name is username
