I have recently started running the Email History Job and have found that it never stops even though the logs say JobCompleted Completed in job log detail. It always shows in running jobs. It did successfully send the emails it should but the job never stops running and does not trigger again based on the schedule.

@rushikeshvartak - That will kill the job. On the next trigger of that job it results in the same behavior. I have to restart application to stop it.

@GElliston If it is identical on the next run, try increasing the scheduled time for a little longer and see. If it is still the same, create a ticket with Saviynt support.

Hi @GElliston , i believe we had the same issue when we migrated to 24.5 .. we raised a ticket and they told us to remove few queries after which it worked.

Support had to help resolve this. DevOps was engaged to do some cleanup of the emailhistory table.
