Documentation Portal Login Issue – Possible Workaround Available

We are aware of an issue affecting some users when logging into the Documentation Portal: https://docs.saviyntcloud.com/

The following error message may appear: "We're sorry, but there was an issue processing your request. The details provided by the Identity Provider: AADB2C90085: The service has encountered an internal error."

We apologize for any inconvenience caused.

In the meantime, clearing your browser cache has been reported to have helped some users regain access.

I am sorry, Manish The last I heard was still, "Our IDP team is working on it and we hope to have this resolved soon." Sorry.

facing same problem since last few days, most places are accessible, but few are restricted, like Developers' Handbook for REST, etc.
basic troubleshooting like clearing cache, incognito, mobile browser, new browser, none helped.
Please let us know as soos as you have an update on this.
