Do we have a way to Identify rules which are not fired for user updates?

Hi Team,

We are seeing sometimes rules are not fired, even if it suppose to trigger. When we reuplod the user again, we can see the rules are fired without any issues. This is happening adhoc basis.

Is there a way Identify rules which are not fired for user updates or creation?

Note: We already have the Zero Day provisioning with maximum limit.

Appreciate your thoughts on this.

Regards,
SJ

If debug logs pushed to SC2.0 client via file transfer. We can keep a log Analyzer to identify all failure scenarios and will get a notification and necessary action will be taken.

  • Currently its not supported to push to SC2
