Display preferred entitlements on ARS request page

Hi team,

I have around 5000 entitlements to display or populate on ARS request page. But I wanted to display 3 preferred entitlements on top of the ARS page irrespective of sorting order

There is no OOTB functionality but below are workarounds

  • keep display name as #1-3 for 3 entitlements
  • use dynamic attributes to show 3 entitlement first and select more will show all rest of entitlements
