Hello,
We have created Delegation from Create Delegates in Home Screen for a time period.
In the delegate time period, requests assigned to original assignee are not getting delegated to the delegate user from Parent user. Anyone has faced this issue?

@rituparna_pwc can you check the delegation status by navigating to Manage Delegate page.
Are you using anydefine delegate query in global configuration?

@rituparna_pwc Does delegate user has required SAV role permissions to view/approve the request?

I tried searching details regarding Microservice job on Docs but didnt get enough to use it for delegate functionality:
It asks to fill these details while creating a trigger, could you please help me with this config or just point us to relevent docs page.

Microservice Jobs are by default created in system.
Please microservice config once from admin - Settings - microservices
