In which scenarios do we have rules that have not been processed in "Current Rule Trail".
Our workday import occasionally fails to trigger rules for some users, and I am trying to understand in which scenarios rules will not trigger and be moved to the "Current rule trail" section.

@09 it based on Rule run , some time exiting rule run jobs keep on running, current rule is hold and it will der in current rule trail till completing other thread rules in backed.

The page provides details about the failed rule triggers for a user. The failed status indicates that although the rule processed it encountered an error during processing.
To search for the details of a failed rule, use the following filters and click Search:
Status Filter: Select the status of a rule such as Processed or Not Processed from the drop-down list.
Date From: Select the starting time of the rule run.
Date To: Select the completion time of the rule run.
Based on the filter you choose, the page displays details such as User Name, Added Date, Action method Name, Rule Name, Status, and Action.
To execute the failed rule, click Re-execute under the Action column.
