CSV import error "Invalid Identifier"

Hi, 

We are trying to upload the users thru. CSV. but its saying invalid CSV file. 

We checked the logs and it says "Invalid Identifier"

We tried uploading the same CSV in other test environment with same saviynt version. And it is getting uploaded there. 

Has anyone faced this issue before ?

I'm able to upload the same CSV without any issues, please try it again and see if you can find anything in the logs. It's a pretty simple CSV and shouldn't have a problem uploading.

Please make sure reconciliation field is selected during upload which is mandatory
