Creating a new servicenow ticket for the user whose ticket is in Pending Provisioning

Hi Saviynt Team,

We are creating a ticket in servicenow for Movers, if they change some certain fields. 

Now we have a requirement where if someone changing the department and we have created a ticket and its in Pending Provisioning state. We got one more update from target that his manager is also changed so for the same user we need to create one more ticket as request type as Mover Adjusted. 

Please note that we need to trigger the ticket for those only whose ticket is in the Pending Provisioning state as a mover.  

I m not sure how we can achieve that. please suggest if you have any idea.



You can’t update existing created tickets or ticket creation is not supported when task status is pending provision
