Create New Account by Technical Rule

Hi.

The user already have account for endpoint.
Then, I want to create new account for the same endpoint by Technical Rule.

I configure Technical Rule for creating account for endpoint and run the Technical Rule, but create account task is not generated.
I think this is because the user already have account for endpoint.

How to create new account for endpoint(user already have account for endpoint) by Technical Rule?

@KK  We can't create dublicate account ryt, what use case?

@KK You can create multiple accounts through ARS.

Multiple accounts for same user can't be created/automated through technical rules

Thanks for answer.

We have multiple group companies and have application shared by group companies.
Each company have their own HR system and ID.
Some employee is beloging to multiple company, so the employee have multiple IDs for application.
We want to merge this to One ID.
So, we are considering below STEPs.

STEP1. Import existing applicatoin accounts to Saviynt and bind to user.
STEP2. Create new account to application and use this new account as primary account.
STEP3. Delete old accounts.

STEP2 is our challenge.

Any ideas for this requirement?

But, Saviynt license is based on number of users and number of connected applications.
If I create new endpoint, license count is up. This is what I concern.
In this use case, if I create different endpoint, is this counted as connected applications regarding to license?
