Hi Team -

We seem to be missing the 'Create Account' option under Admin > Identity Repository > Accounts for the ROLE_ADMIN Sav role. Please can someone advise how to have this enabled?

Create Account Option is not visible to any sav role. You can create accounts using ARS/ Import sheet/IMport Job,etc

EIC provides a sample CSV file containing example values for accounts. To upload accounts, download this file to your server, modify its details, and upload it to EIC. The sample file includes different parameters to specify the account details:
