Correlating users and accounts

Hi Team,

we are correlating users with accounts using user correlation rule at endpoint level

we have updated the rule at the endpoint level and run the account import job to correlate users

however, we are not able to see the accounts and the respective users are not getting correlated

user correlation rule was with username field and customproperty 30 at accounts

Hi @Abdul_Gaffar ,

Please check the following things:

1. Check if the username and account's customproperty30 values are well populated and are there as per your correlation rule.

2. You can check for below lines in thew logs at the end of the import where a the accounts that needs to be correlated as per the user account correlation rule will be displayed and a query is shown with the filter on account's status.

• Associating Users and Accounts
• Total accounts to be correlated

Kindly check if you're able to see the values mentioned above in the log file.

Hope accounts having status. account with null status will not correlate.

does username & account cp30 matches ? Please provide screenshot
