Change of case of display name

Hi,

The display name for users which was uploaded was in caps but at some point of time the case of display name changed to normal but there is no updates in user history. So is it normal for a case change being not picked up in the user history, please can you let me know.

Hi @soumik_das As per my understanding it should get reflected in the user update history.

@soumik_das  it shuld be update user update history , check audit trail logs

• If data has been massaged in the preprocessor, then it will not be captured in the user update history.
• if display name is getting populated as it is, then you can check under user update history
