Can we tag entitlement owner in revoke entitlement email in user manager certification?

Usecase is the revoke entitlement email needs to be sent out to entitlement owner (owner of the entitlement that is being revoked from a user in the certification) as well. Is it possible? I'm not seeing it in the binding variables but just wanted to double check to see if anyone had faced a similar usecase?

Maybe something that can be constructed similar to this variable ${task?.entitlement_valueKey?.entitlement_value}

Regarding the workaround, could there be any way to divide the report so only the entitlement owners get revocation report of accounts revoked from the entitlement they own.

For better clarity - Ent owner A should only get revocations related to ent a, not ent b or c
