Hi Team,

We have a use case where a user does not login for 14 days the account will be automatically disabled in Target Application. Then Vendor should raise a request for the Reactivation account using ARS request.

Do we have any option to achieve this use case?

Thanks,

Bhargavi Padaraju.

Hi @Bhargavi3 ,

Yes it is possible, follow the below steps.

1. Since account is disabled in target, you need to run the reconciliation so that inactive status sync in Saviynt and account will be available for enabled.

2. Add Enable and Disable option in State and Status Fields in your endpoint.

3. Now you can see enable option for disabled account in ARS.

Hi @Bhargavi3 , vendor should have an account in saviynt to login and raise a request.

Then you can follow the steps mentioned by @pmahalle
