Can one restrict the visible campaigns when granting campaign_list permissions?

If I understand the documentation correctly, the permission 'campaign_list' allows the user to view all available campaigns and not just the ones s/he is part of.

Required to access campaigns.

Is there a way to limit this access?

@AXPP campaign_list permission provide ability to view/ access the campaign if the user is certifier/campaign owner /reassignee/consultee of campaign.

Then only user can view the campaign.

As @SumathiSomala suggested The "campaign_list" permission grants users the ability to access and view campaigns in the following capacities: as a certifier, campaign owner, reassignee, or consultee of the campaign. Only individuals assuming one of these designated roles will be permitted to view and access the campaign.

Please validate and let us know if further details are needed on the same.
