Can multiple users query analytics report using API with consistent data

Currently, we are seeing inconsistent data sets returned when we use Analytics reports through API by multiple users. Is this something supported?

Maybe your report is dynamic based on date /time filter hence after each run data might be different

No, we are not. We are using entitlement_value to pull membership data and nothing has changed on the entitlement but we don't see consistent results.

which API is getting used ? maybe history versions are getting fetched

We are using Analytic report with results to be fetched at runtime through API
