Campaign Template Edit option not enabling for custom SAV role

Hi team,

I have created a custom sav role (ROLE_UAR) providing all the feature access:

  1. Dashboard Chart Access
  2. Certification Dashboard
  3. Create Delegate
  4. All Campaign Certification View Access
  5. Campaign Edit Templates
  6. Campaign Export
  7. Campaign List
  8. Campaign Summary
  9. Campaign Templates List
  10. Create Campaign
  11. Discontinue Campaign
  12. All Campaign Certification Review Access
  13. Dashboard Chart Access
  14. Admin Dashboard
  15. Certification Dashboard
  16. Intelligence Dashboard
  17. Roles - Dashboard
  18. SOD Dashboard

We have provided this SAV Role to the user and logged in with that user .But while we are trying edit the campaign template, we are unable to find the edit option in campaign template list for any specific template. 

Please let me know the solution.

Add "Reconfigure Campaign' Feature
