Business Justification as mandatory when rejecting an approval for Enable/Disable tasks

Hello,

We have a requirement  where in Business Justification should be mandatory while rejecting access but not mandatory when the access is approved on the approval Workflow.T his is being handled at Global Config > Request (screenshot attached) level. 

This works as expected when we have create account, add access and remove access tasks are generated, but the business justification is not mandatory for rejecting when we have Enable and Disable account tasks.

Please can you help and advise on the same?

Did you tried with NEO UI ?

this looks like missing functionality hence use NEO UI
