Business Justification Mandatory for Entitlement end date update rejection

Hi All,

We have a requirement to make "Business Justification" Mandatory for following scenario.

Step1. User a already have access to an Entitlement "Ent1" with "Ent1" expiring on lets say 30th

Step2. User raises a request to extend the Entitlement End Date. We have the Business Justification as mandatory at this step

Step3. Approver steps in and rejects the task. - At this point the business justification is not mandatory and we would like to make it mandatory

Any ideas if this is possible?

Please add the below highlighted settings from Global configuration-> Request-Approval and test the scenario.
