Bulk Access Request for multu user is not working

Hi, 
 
I wanted to submit bulk request for some users for adding entitlement to users.
 
I tried to upload xls in Saviynt lower environment using "Request Access for Multiple users".  But after submitting the request and getting the message that the job has started for submitting requests, I could not see any requests in request history or any tasks in Pending Tasks as every request is auto approved

@PRATYUSH1 can you share the file format you are using just with headers (no need to share the actual data)

This looks good. Please check below items once

  • Request Type = "Add Access"
  • Entitlement Type : Entitlement type name is correct (not displayname of entitlementtype)
  • Entitlement values : Exist under same endpoint
  • Date format MM/DD/YYYY
  • While uploading file 'Access' is selected 

    Multipe user request

We are doing this but no requests are getting generated.

Are you using any access query on the entitlements being requested in this endpoint? This is a bug that was just fixed in version 23.5. I see you are on 23.4.

We are not using any access query on the entitlement.

Able to find anything in the logs? No typos in the dataset being uploaded via CSV?

The issue I was reference was resolved in v23.5.

Sorry for the late reply. There are no typos in the dataset. The file is not being processed at all. It goes to the datafiles section and validation column gets added but no requests are raised.

Do you have added appropriate WF in global configuration Request - > Bulk -> Auto Approve Workflow for Multiuser request upload

            Can you please do the following.. 

Prerequisite:

  • Assign the Workflow in global config
  • Attach the email template in Bulk Request Email Template.
    Steps:                 
  • Go to Home> Request Acess multiple . Select atleast two users from UI 
  • Try to submit the request from UI by selecting the application.
  • After couple of min you should reieieve the email saviynt with attachement of xls file.
  • Use that xls file to submit the another request via upload and in that xls file remove the below two columns and change username and accountnanme
    • Validation 
    • Request

This time you should recieve the email with attachement.
