AWS connection failure - AWS Cloud

We're currently trying to onboard AWS into Saviynt with connection type "AWS" using

• Option 1: EIC Trusts each AWS Account. following documentation: AWS Integration.

we have configured the connection but when we were saving and testing the connection getting below error in Log Viewer-
