Auto Populate entitlement value when request option is RADIO

The request option of entitlement type is RADIO .Would any of the below conditions works ?

Do we have an option to auto populate entitlement value in request form when the request option is Radio?

Can we make use of request rule to achieve this case ? The requirement is define below:When the user creates an account in application X , assign the user entitlement type Role Value : R
