Hello,

When onboarding applications is there a way to ensure that applications are not requestable by default and then have to be manually made to be requestable?

Hope you can help,

Alex Terry

Hi @Alex_Terry ,

Until we add workflow at security system for application, application will not be available in ARS for request.

So whenever you onboard an application, make sure not to add workflow so that app will not be requestable by default.

Once you onboard the application, turn this flag OFF so that application wont be available on ARS page for request.

@Alex_Terry

As long as you don't manually assign the workflow at the security system level for an application, it won't be requestable. That is the normal behavior.

While onboarding the application and creating the ss, no workflow is assigned by default, hence an app onboarded is not requestable by default.
