Any way to shorten the duration for okta import?

We are now suffering from the long duration for the okta import, even though we set the incremental import only.

it takes almost 5 hours to update 180 accounts and 2 groups. for the full import, it is hopeless.. it is endless and we have already stopped the full import job.
