Hi,
We have a use case in our termination process which we are looking to see if anyone has had a similar experience with.
If a user has been terminated, specifically accounts were disabled and entitlements are deleted, but then the user changes their mind and decides to come back almost as a rehire... is it possible to add back all the entitlements which were deleted to their accounts?
We understand we can enable to existing accounts but is there a way to grant back all the entitlements access automatically (all entitlements - not just birthright entitlements)? Or how can we approach this? Initial thought is through analytics but wanted to ask!
Thank you!

Once deleted the account , all will delete we can't get back anything.

But the account is only disabled state, not deleted. Only entitlements were removed from the account. Is that also not possible to get back?

once disabled account , entitlment hierarchy will delete. we can't role back option.

As part of your termination process, you can just disable the account and don't remove the access from the account. Maybe you can configure to remove the access after X number of days.
During this period if user rejoins then you can just enable the account and user should retain all his access back (once the account is enabled)
If user joins after X days (i.e. access is removed from the account) then as part of rehire process only Day 1 access will be added , all other access which user had earlier needs to be requested or added again.

Don't delete access of account for 30 days if user rehire within 30 days user account can be renenabled. else user needs to raise new request
