AD Group Management other attributes dont match

Hi,

we are implementing AD Group management in our customer environment and we noticed that the other attributes (Custom Property 1, Custom Property 2 etc..) don't match in the Role and Entitlements.

For example this is what the Entitlement looks like:

And this is what the Entitlement's ROLE looks like:

Is this normal behavior? Or can we get these to match each other?

Hi @RoniYla 

Yes, this is the expected behavior , Only entitlement tables will be updated not roles.

This can be populated when creating or updating from ARS page only.

Can you explain why this has been designed in a way, that customproperties are not copied?

As Discussed,

Role to ent sync are done for group management when its passed via ARS and vice versa will not work and thats the expected design.

If you need custom properties to be copied you can use database connector and copy the metadata.
