Looks like an issue with DNS resolution from the SC 2.0 appliance. Can you try to set it to the IP address of a domain controller and repeat? This may not work if using secure LDAP. You can test without.

Thank you for the response , But we have had the DNS issue fixed and , This error is seen in Prod , which was configured and working ,
ldaps://Hostname:636 - URL and a Valid Cert
I can Retry the 'Save and Test Connection' and Upload logs if that would help.

Please log a support ticket with Saviynt to validate the connectivity.
