Account is getting created with EA9 empty value in AD

Hello Team,

We have hardcoded "extensionAttribute9" : "PrimaryW" in the create account json, but few accounts are getting created with empty EA9 in AD, what could be the reason?

@Yaswanth are they being passed empty or someone made few changes in AD?

Are there any restriction based on account or OU

This is happening for very few user accounts and its a birthright account
