Account Correlation After Rule Update

Hello,

After onboarding a number of applications, we determined that several had identifiers and attributes that did not line up with our existing User Attributes and required us to add additional attributes in both our User Profile and our Correlation Rules.

We have made those changes, and rerun the jobs, but we are not seeing the correlations happening, even though we have verified the Attributes matchup. Has anyone faced this issue and resolved it, and is there a way to force the apps to do a full/clean import and correlation without creating a new Endpoint?

The sample attached is for a Flat File application, but we have seen similar results with DB and REST based app connections.

Since its one time activity you can upload and map account to user using import sheet

Thank you for your input. We were not getting Account status from the Application, so we updated our query to pull status and mapped it and the accounts are now correlating.
