24.4 Version upgrade - Able to View Third Party evaluation tab for an Non AD backed Application

For Oracle EBS application, under request history and approve request page we are seeing "Third Party Evaluation" tab under access conflict (SOD). This tab is visible since 24.2 version upgrade.

Could you please give more information on this tab, is this expected as a part of version upgrade and what is the use of it.

This is expected behavior. This is also called as external SOD results ( such as GRC in case of SAP based application) we can't hide this option
