Workflow for new account task.

I know add access task is using for both new account / add access task workflow. Could you please let me know how i can set If account isnt exisitng, Set approver to IT help for new accout task Ser entitlement owner for add access tasks Thanks

You can use a parallel flow for this where the account tasks go to the IT help while the entitlement tasks go to the owner. You can have a condition in a workflow like this to have parallel for account & entitlements tasks in a single requests
